Trisha did an amazing job calming me down and explaining my high escrow amount. Although she couldn't lower it because taxes and insurance went up she did help me understand the escrow anyasis. I would highly recommend Trisha for services. But I am going to look around for a different insurance company to see if I can get a lower rate. Thanks Trisha you're so kind and patient to work with.🤞😊❤️

If you're looking for someone who will go the extra mile to get you the best coverage for your situation I highly recommend Vickie Puckett. She went above and beyond to help us navigate getting the proper insurance coverage for living full time in a motorhome, plus our auto coverage. She was prompt and always available to jump on a call to walk through the coverage options and what they meant. Vickie provided us with outstanding service. She is a delight to work with.

About a month ago, someone rammed into the back of our Jeep, that was parked in front of our house. We called Commonwealth and Trisha answered. We told her what happened and she was so very helpful by telling us what the process was. After we got a settlement from State Farm, we found another Jeep to buy. I again called Commonwealth and Trisha answered! She was the best as usual! I’ve talked with a few of the agents and everyone of them were just like Trisha . They were thoughtful, understanding and walked us through the process. So, thank you Trisha and the rest of the agents for your help!

We have had the best customer service from Commonwealth- specifically from Jenny. She responds so quickly to emails and calls and is friendly and knowledgeable. We added 2 teen drivers and several different cars in the last couple of years and I appreciate that they shop different companies to make sure you are getting the best deal. Highly reccomend. We have homeowners and auto through Commonwealth.

Vickie, was wonderful to deal with. Our situation was complicated because we bought an 86 year old home that was insured but we added on a 140k addition. She had to work pretty hard for us to get this all done through underwriting and the best part… our rate didn’t increase! I am soo grateful and thankful that Vickie has worked so hard for us and providing such a wonderful outcome!
